Notes:
"The shape of the tower, which contains 490,000 gsf of investment office space, is derived from the building's proximity both to the city's central business district and to the adjacent highway: the rectangular portion reflects the rectilinear street grid, while the curved portion opens out to the highway form which it can be viewed from great distances. The resulting form is wrapped with a decorative skin developed in two shades of granite and two shades of glass. At its top, the tower is distinguished by a crown of three pediments." (p. 28)
