Adams, Orange; it will have a seating capacity of 1300 with main floor and balcony...and there will also be 2 stores. Cost $125,000. The theater has been leased to West Coast Theaters, Inc. who will install a $15,000 pipe organ and spend about $30,000 on interior decorating
