Biographical Notes

Rollolazo flew to Honolulu, HI, 02/23/1958, on Pan American World Airways Flight 834/22, the date entered on his US citizenship paperwork as his date of entry to the country. He filed this paperwork on 04/28/1964 in the US District Court for Western Washington. This document indicated that Rollolazo stood 5-feet, 3-inches tall and weighed 135 pounds. He had brown eyes, black hair and a "medium" complexion, according to the petition for naturalization. It indicated that he had a mole on the left side of his neck. His two witnesses for naturalization, husband and wife Carlos and Gregoria Malla, whom he had known since 1959, also lived nearby to him at 4861 24th Avenue South. They all resided relatively close by to the Gran Oriente Filipino Lodge that he designed at 117 15th Avenue South.
