Amended the budget for capital improvements and capital improvement program for the Haas Pavilion, UC Berkeley, to a total project cost of $57.5 million. It is to be funded from private gifts ($41 million), athletic net revenues ($6.1 million), campus funds ($5 million), external financing ($3.6 million), Berkeley campus fee ($1.3 million) and university registration fee reserves ($500,000).
