A six-story apartment hotel building featuring a simplified Renaissance Revival design, its prime location overlooked the Pike amusement zone and beach. Its design maximized views and air circulation. Situated next to the Sovereign, it serves as a visual anchor to the past. It is one of a cluster of high-rise hotels and apartment-hotels built in the Twenties on or near Ocean Boulevard."
