This Beverly Hills-based architectural firm was dissolved in 1932; an obituary of Alexander Curlett (1881-1942) in the New York Timesof 09/07/1942 (p. 19), indicated that "The firm of Curlett & Beelman, dissolved in 1932, was responsible for much of this [Los Angeles] city's downtown skyline."
