It has functioned as a subsidiary of Gaw Capital Partners, a diversified, global Hong Kong investment entity since 1991. In 2013, Gaw Capital expanded its US real estate investment operations, opening Gaw Capital US, with Timothy Walsh as its President and Chief Operations Officer.
