The firm became employee-owned in 1985, known then as Graham Construction and Engineering Limited. The larger, umbrella corporation was known as Graham Group Limited in 2007. In 2007, Ronald Graham served as Chairman of the company, while Tom Baxter occupied the CEO and President positions.
