The location was located on a plot bounded on the west by Westlake Avenue North and on the east by Terry Avenue North.

700 employees of Group Health moved into this 317,403 square-foot, mixed-use complex 08/24/2007. The development at Westlake Avenue and Terry Street also included tenants, Starbucks and Rain Fitness. In all, the building had 40,328 square feet of retail space. Lake Union Park nearby was to include a bicycle and pedestrian trail.

The exterior of the building featured a sculpture, "Placeholders: Cloud, Rock, Tree" by Seattle artist, Claudia Fitch.
