This building has 30 floors (423 feet) and was designed by the San Francisco Office of Hellmuth, Obata and Kassabaum for Equity Office Properties Trust, the largest office building owner/management firm and real estate investment trust in the U.S. It occupies a 2.5-acre plot, equal to one city block. It won a Building Owners and Managers Association International (BOMA) "Building of the Year" Award in 1994.
