Several small businesses were demolished in early 2007 to make way for this nearly block long senior housing facility, including a 7-11 Convenience Store, the Ciao Bella Restaurant, and other small offices. Construction did not begin until 07/2007. This building was set to open in winter 2008. This area near University Village on 25th Avenue NE has seen very rapid real estate development from 2000-2007.
