This project consisted of 36 condominiums--each costing between $2 million and $10 million--located atop a Four Seasons Hotel at the corner of First Avenue and Union Street. The hotel, had a prime location, located on a bluff looking with unobstructed views over Elliott Bay. The Four Seasons was one of several up-scale condo development to be mentioned in an article by the Seattle Times's Eric Pryne, "Will steep price cuts fill high-end condos?" 07/14/2009, p. A1, A6; this front page real estate article underscored the impact of the 2008 economic collapse on Seattle and Bellevue's upper-end condominium market. At this time, 61% of the 36 ultra-luxury units had been sold.
