Overview

This was the third and final residence designed by the Seattle-based Regional Modernist architect Paul Hayden Kirk (1914-1995) for his brother, the building contractor Spencer Blair Kirk (1912-2004), and the second to have been located on Mercer Island, WA. The Blair Kirk House #2 was located at 4157 West Mercer Way.
