Clerics dedicated this church February 14, 1864. The building was a rectangular, one-story design, without a tower, with a 40 x 76 foot nave. The nave had no transept. In the rear, this building also had another chamber that served as a clerical residence and sacristy.

Demolished; Saint Brigid's Roman Catholic Church #1 church was demolished in 06/1897.
