Alteration

George Edwin Bergstrom (1876-1955), architect, supervised $20,000 worth of alterations to the Garrick Theatre in late 1921; it was to reopen in 01/1922.

Demolition

The Garrick Theatre was razed before 1925 to make way for the Tower Theatre. Exhibitor Herman Louis Gumbiner (1879-1952) owned both the Garrick Theatre and its replacement.
