A. Eugene Kohn and Robert Cioppa served as Partners-in-Charge; the Design Partner was William Pedersen. The clients were Obayashi America Corporation and the Koll Company. The granite clad office tower rose 27 floors above Downtown Los Angeles, and contained 610,000 square feet of Class A office space. Langdon Wilson Architects acted as Associate Architects.
