Considered one of the earliest Craftsman Style houses in Seattle, WA, the Collins House was a small two-story bungalow, covered by a broad gable roof. The house's street facade was composed of a long front porch sheathed in split wood shakes. A single hipped gable faced the street, illuminating the second floor. Bebb and Mendel designed the windows to have a distinctive large diamond pattern.
