A school built for an Episcopalian priest, Philip Lance, in the MacArthur Park section of Los Angeles, CA; the new school, serving 260 K-5 students, was built in a remodeled mini-mall; the building cost a meagre $1.1 million, and contained 11,300 square feet; Kevin Daly was the Principal-in-Charge of the project; Chris Genik acted as a consultant; Robert Edmonds was the Daly, Genik Job Captain; Scott Allen, Alice Park, George Tolosa, and Jared Ward made up the project team; designed for 260 students in 2001, 1115
