This two-story hotel consisted of two gable-roofed buildings forming an "L." The roofs were positioned cross-gabled and the siding was clapboard on both. The main portion of the hotel had two entry doors on its first floor, each with a sign "Port Ludlow Hotel" above it. The hotel was in operation in 1907.
