The Portland Chamber of Commerce and other public agencies commissioned Yeon to design this four-unit complex; in subsequent years, the building housed McCall's Restaurant and the headquarters of the Portland Rose Festival.

Renovated in 2009-2010; Architect Steven Ewoldt, designer Curtis Banger, Water Bureau Project Manager David Gray, the Friends of John Yeon and the Portland Rose Festival all contributed to the Visitors' Information Center's renovation.
