Building History

The Bullitt Family financed the construction of 1411 4th Avenue, and continued to own it in 2009. Harbor Properties, the family's real estate holding company, maintained its offices in the building in 2009.

Building Notes

The sign over the entryway was done by architect Lloyd Lovegren (1906-1989).

This was an early essay by architect Robert Reamer in the Art Deco Style.

Architect Ralf E. Decker (1911-1971) and firms in which he was a partner, leased office space at 1411 4th Avenue between 1941 and 1951.

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, level of significance: Local.

Alteration

Fred Bassetti Architects renovated the lobby in the 1960s.
