Kirk designed this office building for Dr. Eldred, a dentist, and 1 physician. In addition, 2 nurses and 1 receptionist worked in this 1,500 square foot space. Kirk included to fenced garden areas, 1 off the waiting room and 1 large space which acted as a serene backdrop for the operatory rooms. The total cost came to $21,840.
