The Alameda had a vertical Art Deco front facade that reflected other designs made c. 1930. According to Cinema Treasures.com, "The Alameda Theatre was a sister to the Four Star Theatre, Los Angeles, United Artist Theatre, Pasadena, and the United Artist Theatre, Long Beach."
