Kipp Stewart was a designer well-known for his furniture designs. Stewart designed for such manufacturers as Glenn of California, and others including Drexel and Directional.

Architect's own house; arrayed on five levels, the house contained three bedrooms and large windows to take in views of Point Lobos and the Pacific Ocean. It was up for sale in 1978, with an asking price of $300,000.
