Building History

Canadian builder Philip J. Mourant, (born c. 1867 in QC, Canada), came to Vancouver, WA, in 1887 to begin work as a carpenter. After two years, here, he relocated to Hoquiam, WA, where he supervised the erection of the Hoquiam Sash and Door Mill.
