Overview

This 12-acre development, funded by American and Japanese investors, included a a Hyatt Regency Hotel, tripartite office complex, health club and three restaurants. It opened in 12/1988 and early 1989. The Princeton, NJ, Post Modern giant, Michael Graves, designed the complex, its name based on one of the seven hills of Rome. Graves spent two years in Rome on a Prix de Rome scholarship in 1960-1962, and was familiar with Roman architecture and Classicial prototypes.
