Overview

The 291-unit Gallery 421 apartment complex, completed in 2010, occupied an entire city block bounded West 3rd Street on the north, Magnolia Avenue on the west, Chestnut Avenue on the east and West Broadway on the south. A mixed-used development, retail businesses occupied some sidewalk locations. A large swimming pool was located in the center.
