Overview

This apartment building had a familiar structural composition, with a tall, reinforced concrete base on which five floors of apartments were stacked. The developments was one of a number of luxury apartment units that went into Downtown Long Beach in the late 2010s, bringing the number over 10,000 by 02/2020. AMLI Park Broadway was directly across the street from the new Long Beach Civic Center, being constructed at the same time.

Building History

Construction on AMLI Residential's Park Broadway building began in late 2016. Construction work continued through 2017 and was completed in early 2018.

Opened in 2018, this six-story apartment building contained 222 units. It was 70% occupied in 02/2020, with an expectation that it would rise to 90% by 03/2020.
