Overview

During its short existence, the architectural firm of Guenther and Van Aken designed at least three known buildings in New Westminster, BC, including this Westerminster Opera Company theatre and two hotels--the Windsor Hotel and Hotel Fraser--built during 1898-1899. Demolition

The Westerminster Opera Company Opera House was razed.
