Building History

Architect John M. Morse (1911-2000), known as "Jack" Morse, served as the lead designer on the Lerchenmueller House, completed in 1956. This was one of eight dwellings designed by Morse at the Hilltop residential tract in Bellevue. It occupied Hilltop Lot #2.

Sylvia Lerchenmueller received the house on 09/02/2014 from Mark and Maezono Lerchenmueller. In 2020, the Sylvia Lerchenmueller Credit Trust owned the residence.
