Building History

The Santa Barbara architectural firm of Soule and Murphy designed this multi-purpose building, completed in 1952. In late 2010s, this building housed the school's library, student resource center, computer lab, and Stewart Memorial Chapel. Soule and Murphy patterned the building on the Italian Romanesque Basilica of Saint Francis in Assisi, Italy.
