Building History

Rozellna O. and A.W. Johnson owned the Rozellna Apartments for the first two years of the building's existence, from 1924-1926.

Alteration

A 10-by-30 foot section of brick veneer fell off the Rosellna Apartments due to a windstorm on 02/02/1960. (See Paul Dorpat, Seattle Times Pacific Northwest, "A tragic plunce at the Rozellna, however it was spelled," published 07/22/2018, p. 23.)

Demolition

The Rozellna Apartment Building was razed to make way for the Interstate 5 highway through Downtown Seattle, c. 1961.
