Building History

This one-floor, light industrial building was to be demolished to make way for an eight-story mixed-use apartment/commercial building designed to provide housing for the high-tech firms clustered in the South Lake Union neighborhood of Seattle, WA, in 2018. It formerly housed Printworks, a printing firm.

Building Notes

Printworks occupied a 6,000-square-foot (0.14-acre) site in 2017. The landowner was Kilroy Realty LP, which bought the parcel from KING Broadcasting Company for $1,832,621 on 02/13/2015. KING also sold its former studio site at 333 Dexter Avenue North on the same day for $42,557,524.

Alterations

Changes were made to the building in 1985.
