Overview

The son of the Union General, Ulysses S. Grant, Sr., U.S. Grant, Jr., lived at this address in San Diego, CA, in 1909. (See San Diego, California, City Directory, 1909, p. 229.) Grant erected a large luxury hotel in San Diego named for his father between 1905 and 1910.
