The architect Emmor Brooke Weaver designed this residence for Charles O'Neall, who would serve as San Diego's Mayor between 1913 and 1915.

Building History

In the 1980s, the residence was owned by Harold and Suzanne Richardson, and was featured in San Diego Home and Garden magazine. (See "Weaver's craftsmanship/the Richardsons of downtown," San Diego Home and Garden, vol. 8, p. lxiii.)
