Overview

Dr. Ediwn O. Palmer commissioned the construction of this four-floor Renaissance Revival in 1921. The building would house the newspaper, the Hollywood Citizen, that converted from weekly to daily publication in 1921 and was owned by a relative, Harlan G. Palmer, Sr.
