J.G. Swift Baker was the original owner of this one-story, Colonial Revival residence at 1836 East Hamlin Street in Seattle, WA, near the University of Washington. In 2012, it contained four bedrooms and two baths and had a 1,270-square-foot basement. The building occupied a lot of 5,450 square feet.
