The Saint George Hotel operated on the northeast corner of Harbor Boulevard and Commonwealth Avenue.

According to Samuel Armor's History of Orange County, CA, "The first good building to be erected in Fullerton was the St. George Hotel, costing $50,000." (See Samuel Armor, History of Orange County, CA, [Los Angeles: Historic Record Company,1911;reprinted by Altenmünster, Germany: Jazzybee Verlag, 2017], p. 22.) It contained approximately 60 guest rooms and opened in 1885.

The Saint George Hotel was razed. In 2018, the JP23 Smokehouse BBQ and Sports Restaurant stood on the property.
