Overview

This residence for the Delta Kappa Epsilon Fraternity at Syracuse University was one of the first commissions for the firm of Gaggin and Gaggin, formed in 1902. Both Edwin Hall Gaggin (1866-1959) and Thomas Walter Gaggin (1871-1945) were recent members of the fraternity at Syracuse University. The facility opened on 06/09/1903.

Alteration

Syracuse University purchased the Delta Kappa Epsilon House in the early 1970s, and remodeled it to become the campus faculty center. It opened on 11/04/1974 and was later renamed the Goldstein Alumni and Faculty Center.
