Overview

Little-known architect Normand W. Mohr submitted a design in the competition for the San Mateo County Courthouse #4 in 1907, one of six firms to do so. Others included Martens and Coffey, McDonald and Dean, Will D. Shea, Preston and Seehorn, and the eventual winner, Glenn Allen.
