Overview

This apartment building, located near the Pacific Northwest College of Art (PNCA), opened on 08/26/2013, by real estate developer, Tom Cody and his partner, Anyeley Hallova. They retained Portland architect Thomas Robinson, formerly with Allied Works Architecture, to design the building. While at Allied Works Architecture, Robinson worked on the PNCA masterplan c. 2013. PNCA students use some of the apartments as residences, but others are available for rent. The building received a LEED Silver sustainability rating from the US Green Building Council (USGBC).
