Clune's Pasadena Theatre was in operation in 1913 at 61 West Colorado Boulevard. (SeeThurston's Pasadena, California, City Directory, 1913, p. 480.) It was one of three theatres in operation in Pasadena at the time; the other two were the Crown Theatre (29 West Colorado Boulevard) and the Savoy Theatre (87 North Fair Oaks Avenue).

The Los Angeles architectural firm of Balch and Stanbery remodeled Clune's Pasadena Theatre for the Fox West Coast Theatre chain in 1930. (See "Architects Balch & Stanbery remodel former Clune's Pasadena Theatre for Fox West Coast Theatres." Southwest Builder and Contractor, 06/27/1930, p. 52.)
