Overview

This two-floor apartment hotel was situated on Palm Canyon Drive which in the 1920s and 1930s proliferated with resort apartment buildings catering to sun-starved Easterners or Los Angelenos seeking desert solitude. Like others on this strip, its rear yard featured an in-ground, outdoor swimming pool.
