Overview

The Toscano Condominium complex consisted of two four-story buildings together containing 13 units. These two wood-frame apartment buildings occupied a 13,630-square-foot (.31-acre) lot, with each unit having an average size of 1,844 square feet. The styling of the complex was generally modern and devoid of ornamentation. It featured many outdoor living areas--balconies and roof-top decks, most notably--and had bay windows to add interior floor space and enhance views.

Building Notes

The Toscano occupied a hilly site on the northeast corner of Aloha Street and Warren Avenue North. Warren Avenue slopes up sharply on the building's south facade.
