The Temple Emanu El, San Bernardino, CA, was in 2007 the only synagogue in San Bernardino, County. The main synagogue building housing a sanctuary, Cohn Hall, administrative offices, the Eugene H. Goodman Memorial Library, the William Russler Memorial Archives and the Sisterhood Gift Shop, was completed in 1953.

An annex to the main building was erected in 1959, and the Rabbi Norman F. Feldheym Religious Education Center was added to the complex in 1966.
