The Santa Ana City Hall #3 was dedicated on 02/09/1973. This building serves as an annex to the 1935 City Hall #2 by architect W. Horace Austin (1881-1942).

Mexican-born artist Sergio O’Cadiz Moctezuma (b. 1934) carved a mural facing parts of the City Hall's exterior walls.
