Building History

Seattle architect James L. Cutler (born 1950) designed this caretaker's house on the southern edge of builder Howard S. Wright's Estate in the exclusive Highlands tract in north Seattle. The main house was designed by Vancouver, BC-based architect Arthur Erickson (1924-2009).
