The 329-unit Madrone Apartment tower was erected by developer Canadian developer Nat Bosa, one of three condominiums erected by him in the Mission Bay neighborhood of San Francisco, CA. Bosa built three apartment buildings in Mission Bay by 2014: the first, 99-unit Radiance, the second Madrone, and the third, 263-unit Arden, was the last. According to Bosa, construction costs rose about 20% between c. 2009 and 2014. (See J.K. Dineen, San Francisco Business Times, 02/05/2014, "Condo king Nat Bosa is back: Third tower rises in Mission Bay,"Accessed 02/11/2014.)

The Madrone Mission Bay complex consisted of a U-shaped complex composed of two 16-floor towers and four lower sections, shaped around a central courtyard with pool and other amenities. Tel: 415.777.1762.
