Canadian developer Natale Bosa produced three condominium buildings in the Mission Bay neighborhood of San Francisco, the last, the 263-unit Arden, in 2013-2014. Bosa retained Christos Dikeakos Architects of Vancouver, BC, Canada, to provide the design of Arden.

A storage building formerly occupied this site on Block 12 East. The configuration of Arden would resemble that of a previous Bosa Development Corporation building, Madrone Mission Bay. According to a news article of 03/07/2013: "Like Madrone, the project will feature two towers with a podium building in between. It overlooks Mission Creek Park to the north and a dog run and children’s playground to the east. This will be Bosa’s last San Francisco project —unless he buys a new site." (See J.K. Dineen, San Francisco Business Times, "Bosa prepares next Mission Bay site,"Accessed 02/11/2014.)
