Two one-story buildings occupied the parcel at 1435 34th Avenue; the one closest to the street was a rectangle with its long axis perpendicular to the street. This building had a single-car garage door with 9 lights on its narrow east end and another garage door with no lights on its south side. (This garage door opening has been filled in with a wall and a door placed in its center.) The building has very vague Spanish Colonial Revival Style detailing. There is some slight curving of the parapet and rounding at the upper corners of the garage doors. The building to the west had a larger two-car garage door and two windows on its east facade. It was painted white, while the other was coated in brown paint.
